Seven-Degrees, in partnership with Hosts Global Alliance Destination Services and a group of exquisite vendors, hosted a Fire & Ice themed evening soirée for Choice Hotels International, Ascend Hotel Collection. Guests were in awe as they entered the Media Lounge to a live electric-violinist strolling the room and interacting with guests. Stylish rental furniture by Cort Event Furnishings complimented our in-house selection of rentals to exude the “Ice” portion of the theme in our Media Lounge, highlighting our Winter Wonderland Décor Installation. Our “fire” lava-heat patio heaters, deep red floral selections by Seven Stems, and S’more roasting station brought the “fire” portion of the theme to life on our outdoor Terrace. The extensive stations menu allowed guests to mingle and interact with the international food choices of the evening. Expert Sommelier, Scott Casey, perfectly paired each food station with a specialty wine, encouraging guests to try new pairings and explore the intricacies of each wine variety. This corporate holiday party would not have been complete without watching Game 7 of the World Series on all screens in surround sound thanks to our extensive in-house Audio Visual capabilities.
